Hace unos meses mi cuñado se queria comprar un BMW en Alemania y me pidió que le ayudara, ya que él no sabe nada de alemán ni inglés, y mucho menos de comprar por internet, pero había localizado un flamante BMW en Mobile.de por poco más de 10.000€
Su gozo en un pozo, cuando le dije que el anuncio era una estafa.
Hoy mi mujer ha localizado un Audi A4 Cabrio, del año 2005, que no llega a los 9000km, por sólo 5.800€.
Cuando ha escrito al vendedor, interesandose por el coche, ha rebicido este email:

Para los que no sepan inglés (o los que quieran un resumen), el vendedor ofrece al comprador la posibilidad de recibir el coche en su pais para poder comprobar su estado antes de comprarlo, pagando él los costes, y usando una empresa de transportes especializada en mediar compras de vehículos por internet. Para que nadie corra ningún riesgo, el comprador adelanta un 30% del valor de compra del coche. Si esta satisfecho, paga el 70% restante del coche para recibir la documentación del coche. Si por lo que sea lo quiere devolver, devuelve el coche a los 5 días, y la empresa de transporte le devuelve el dinero.
Lo que se olvida de mencionar el supuesto vendedor, es que la empresa de transportes no existe, así como el coche, y que lo que busca es quedarse con nuestro dinero por la cara.
La verdad es que el gancho atrae, ¿no creeis?
Los de Mobile.de ya avisan, aunque creo que la mayoria de sus usuarios no se leen sus advertencias.

esto de que te dejan el coche es una estafa…yo compro muchos coches..en cuanto les digo que tomo un vuelo para ver el coche en que estado se encuentra se desaparecen..asi que no os aconsejo que compreis ningun coche sin averlo visto antes.
ademas no sabeis en que condiciones se encentra de verdad(motor,km)
asi que os doy un consejo…no compreis nada que no tengais en las manos.
si quereis saber algo mas yo suelo traer coches de alemania.

–Un amigo fue a comprar por internet un BMW Z4 cabrio,05,3000km,azul,2.5 y muy bien de extras,un total de 15000eur.Primero:El vendedor quería para la reserva 3.000euros por adelantado y tardaría en llegar a España unos 9 días aprox,de los cuales pretendía q se le abonase el resto en los 6 días siguientes,o sea sin verlo, ya que venía en 9días,menudo caritaaa.
–El timador envio unos papeles y fotos de vehículo firmados por una empresa q no existe y el nif menos aun.
–La persona q este interesada en adquirir un vehículo de importación lo que debería es de trasladarse al país,como hice yo.
1-Fuí con un amigo q sabe bien el aleman,lo primero; me costo el billete menos de 300euros ida y vuelta,el alojamiento 55eur noche con desayuno incl.Compramos un z4 del 04,40000km bien de extras,19000eur en casa oficial con garantía de 1 año,certificación de km reales y todo ok.
–El barco me costo 800eur,tardo 8días en llegar al muelle aprox,pague hacienda ,matriculación e itv,el precio final fue con todo incluido aprox 25000euros,pero como lo compre en casa oficial estan obligados a devolverte el 16%(ahora es el 19%)del valor de coche,una vez matriculado en España me ingresaron la pasta y costo 21000euros total.
–En internet que no se le ocurra la brillante idea de dar por adelantado ni un duro ya q la mayoría suelen ser engaños,hay muchas denuncias puestas por tales motivos,te suelen pedir según el coche unos 3000euros aprox y olvidate de recuperarlos………………..
pues a mi tambien me estafaron, cuando desidi comprarme un BMW M3 del 2002 con 60.000km por 20.000$ y solo lo que resivi fueron fotografias y muchos papeles.(lo recomendable esir personalmente a los consecionarios de alemania tener cuidado con estos putos atentamente ECUATORIANO .
No existen duros a 4 pesetas,un coche vale lo que vale y todos esos precios tan bonitos de audi a4 cabrio del 2005 por 10.000 euros ,no hay que ser muy listo para saber que es un timo.

no hace falta que compreys en alemania para que os tomen el pelo… aqui en barcelona hay una empresa que se llama mundiau… en la cual un amigo se compro un audi tt que provenia de alemania con 50.000 km su sorpresa fue cuando un dia salio a dar una vuelta y se le rompio la correa de distribucion… despues de llebarlo al taller de confianza vieron que en un costado del motor habia una plaquita remachada en la cual ponia… 156.000 km! mi consejo? cuando comprey un vehiculo de ocasion no dudeys de llebarlo al taller de confianza… SON TODOS UNOS HIJOS DE PUTA! un saludo a todos.

cuidado con las ultimas estafas,anuncie un 4×4 en auto scout y se puso en contacto un supuesto aleman,con e-mail aleman ,y viviendo en Nigeria,pero sin saber palabra de aleman,un supuesto medico en campaña vih.te piden todos tus datos del banco,codigo swift etc.etc.te dicen que una vez mandado esos datos te mandara por adelantado el dinero integro del valor del coche,y se pondra en contacto contigo una empresa de transportes para enviar el coche a Nigeria.Menos mal que hablo alemán e inglés y pude darme cuenta a tiempo. En paises africanos la corrupcion es tal,que se filtran datos de tu tu e-mail y se dirijen a uno por su nombre completo,os recomiendo que mireis en internet sobre estafas nigerianas o africanas en general,hablo por experiencia propia que he sido victima de una de ellas.aunque aqui sea impensable que alguien con tus datos del banco pueda hacer una estafa, allí es lo mas normal que desde el banco mismo te limpien la cuenta corriente así que cuidadin con dar ningun dato de tu cuenta

Esta persona tiene una empresa de compra venta en españa con un cif legal y todo en orden.Nos pusimos deacuerdo ,el se encargaba de ir a alemania a comprobar q lo de la foto es real ,q tiene los km q dicen q esta en perfecto estado q no es robado q no tiene multas etc en general q todo esta bien.Hacer una revision al porsche en una casa oficial para verificar q el coche esta en perfecto estado y si todo esta correcto hacer la transaccion,esta persona me dio la opcion de traerlo en camion o se lo podia traer el conduciendo.Yo pense q lo traiga el ya q si el coche esta mal al hacer 2800km aproximadamente se reflejara en el biaje y le pasaria a el.Me trae mi porsche mi niña mi sueño echo realidad a base de esfuerzo y mucho sacrificio y con las consecuentes advertencias de mi familia y cercanos q te quieren ,de q le parecia una locura ,pero soy una persona inquieta en la vida y siempre estoy en mobimiento,se q los regalos no existen,ni los chollos,pero si puedes encontrar buenas cosas a precios razonables,pues es lo q encontre :porsche 911 carrera cabriolet negro con el interior en cuero cafe suave mezcla beis full equipado ordenador porsche la ostia disculpad mi lenguaje. 52000 km reales unico dueño una mujer, del 2001 inpecable .me lo traen todo bien el coche va estupendo , en el trallecto le hicieron un bollito en el capo y me lo arreglo en un taller de confianza q casualmente es el taller secundario de porsche,cuando estan a tope de trabajo la porsche lo desvia a este taller.me voy de vacaciones con mi coche a tarifa sitio en el q no tienes transporte para moverte estas vendido,llegando a tarifa el coche de golpe y tiron la temperatura pasa de ser 80 un estado normal a100 en 400m, me doy cuneta inmediatamente y paro el coche a la derecha y le apago de tal forma q no le doy opcion de calenton al motor ya q la zona roja de temperatura es de 120 y yo lo he apagado a 100 .Era el comienzo de mi odisea ahi en la carretera tirado en la cuneta con el coche echando humo por el motor me di cuenta realmente del problema q me venia ,grua del seguro y a la porsche de mi ciudad tengo q destacar la eficacia de mi seguro q es mapfre,decido no llamar de momento a la persona q me a vendido el coche por q primero queria una 2 opinion de la casa oficial de porsche diciendo q es lo q tenia el coche y por q le habia pasado eso.El coche yo antes de irme de vacaciones le tuve 1 semana por ciudad y el coche iva de lujo ninguna pega,le pase la itv todo correcto PERO LA MALA SUERTE SE ALIA CONTRA UNO y pasan cosas q se escapan a tu control aunque pongas todos los medios de precaucion ,cuando supe lo el problema q tenia el coche y por q habia pasado,me informe bien de todos los detalles mecanicos ,legales ,a q tenia derecho etc ,ya con toda esa informacion en mi poder y la factura de compra del coche me puse en contacto con el q me habia vendido el coche y le explique lo q me habia pasado y lo q el iva hacer al respecto ,empezo a decir q el coche estaba perfecto q el mismo lo comprobo en definitiva se estaba intentando hacerse el loco dandome a entender q el no era responsable de lo q le halla pasado al coche ya q el me lo habia entregado en perfecto estado y funcionando,ahi fue cuando le informe de q legalmente como compraventa de coches tenia una serie de requisitos q cumplir con su cliente q soy yo y amparandome la ley esto se podia hacer por las buenas o por las malas los 2 caminos lleban a la misma solucion uno largo y duro para mi pero con resultados legales faborables para mi o q se haga cargo de todo como tendria q ser .Enresumidas cuentas os cuento lo q me esta pasando y loq creo q va a pasar .Me he gastado todos mis ahorros y dinero q me ha prestado mi hermano para hacer realidad misueño mi porsche,al dia de hoy no tengo dinero ,tengo un porsche 911 carrera con el motor quemado ,estoy sin coche y puteado por la situacion de sentirme estafado aunque por dentro de mi tengo la tranquilidad de que me lo van a arreglar el problema es haber cuantos meses estoy sin coche .HE ELUDIDO CONTAROS LAS PUTAS MIERDAS DE VACACIONES Q HE PASADO Y Q DECIR Q DESDE ENTONCES NO SALIO NADA BIEN .Un saludo atodo el mundo y al q le toque la china como a mi un consejo paciencia mucha paciencia

Comprar SIEMPRE en casa oficial.Para eso esta la garantia europea de las marcas.
Nunca,repito (con conocimiento de causa)NUNCA una casa oficial se arriesgara a bajar un cuentakm.si han bajado un cuenta km,seguro que en alemania no ha sido(informaros lo que dice el codigo penal aleman sobre estos delitos y que pasa si los pillan),si no los baja el concesionario aleman…quien los baja???? imaginatelo…
Con el num completo del bastidor puedes saber todo sobre el coche(km,reparaciones,absolutamente todo lo que se haya tocado del coche,hasta las copias de llaves q existen!!!),porque existe un programa informatico que interconecta todos los concesionarios de la marca en todo el mundo( audi,porsche y mercedes fueron pioneros en esto),otra cosa es que puedas acceder a esa informacion,cosa que dudo si no eres buen cliente o amigo de alguien que tenga acceso.
Por otra parte es evidente que un coche comprado en concesionario es mas caro,pero en contraprestacion no pueden reirse en tu cara….como a algunos.
España tiene un buen mercado de vehiculos de ocasion,aunque por desgracia hay mucho hij. p.ta usurero,pero creo que puedes encontrar lo mismo que en alemania,aunque hay que patear mas…..i regatear mucho.
Ademas,en españa,pagando la tasa 4.1(7,30 euros) en cualquier oficina de la j.p.t puedes saber los anteriores propietarios que tuvo el vehiculo,cosa que en alemania….si,si,seguro que era una mujer…y tenia 80 años…e iva a misa los domingos con un 911 turbo.
hola a todos,indudablemente el mercado aleman es uno mas de los posibles europeos,pero debido a la rematriculacion de los vehiculos y a su transporte deja de ser atractivo para el particular que solo desea un coche,amen de querer jugarsela y arriesgarse a una compra muy arriesgada,desacosejo la compra de cualquier vehiculo extranjero en el pais de origen,y si acosejo la misma compra en españa con la documentacion tramitada y la correspondiente garantia por parte del vendedor,en alemania hay verdaderas mafias del automovil,turcos, rusos e incluso alemanes,la mayoria de los importadores obtienen buenos precios al comprar varios vehiculos,ahorrando en el transporte,y asi poder ofrecer un precio razsonable a su cliente final,en mi opinion la mejor opcion es tratar con profesionales serios con instalaciones estables y no fiarse de aquellos que quedan en cafeterias o en la calle donde dificilmente los podras localizar
Pero es que hay que ser primo para creerse anuncios de ese tipo
Cristian: Lo mejor, sin duda alguna, es ir a Alemania (aunque durará poco después de la subida de impuestos de matriculación para los coches de alta gama). Internet es la herramienta que te facilita localizar los vehículos, para luego ir a comprar en persona, por supuesto. Y las estafas … ¡es que se notan a la legua! De verdad que hay que ser muy primo para creerselas.

hola amigos, solo os digo que e comprado mas de de 10 maquinas y furgonetas en alemania y mi manera de hacer es coger muchos compraventas villete de avion por 80 euros coche de alquiler 100 euros y patearme todo solo en una ocasion tuve 1 problema y se me resolvio yo compro y me vajo el vehiculo en total con camiones y furgonettas 15 cacharros y todos perfecto0s o problemas normales
ai un anuncio muy raro en segundamano sobre un jeep grand cheroke de 2001 que vale 4000 euro. le propietario dice que se fue a inglatera para 6meses y que ahi no puede manevrar el coche. me pide un 50% del precio y que va a mandar el coche con una compania. tambien he visto el mismo comentario en mobile.de cuidado no pagais nada que es un engaño

He llamado a algunos de estos anuncios trampa y los telefonos o eran falsos o eran de rumania (por el prefijo) o eran de personas q estaban hasta los güevos de q los llamaran por ese anuncio (me imagino q para hacerle la putada) de todas formas no hagais caso de los precios excesivamente baratos, la mayoria son trampas, y algunos como este del A4 cabrio, lo q quieren es pillarte el dinero sin más, un 30% de este por ejemplo, como no llega a 2000€ mucha gente se arriesga y los pierde. UN SALUDO Y COMPRAD LO Q PODAIS TOCAR.

Hola amigos, yo sufri un intento de estafa. Puse en venta mi saab ‘95 vector 3.0 TiD V6 de 180 cv del 2002 con 84.000 km por 13000 €, sin foto ninguna, pongo mi telefono de contacto 615 53 68 77. Y al cabo de unos dias se pone en contacto conmigo un tal Claude Pion con telefono 0022507679956. Me dice que el en 15 dias llega a Palma de Mallorca, donde yo vivo. Me hace una oferta, me dice que me dara 12.500 pero lo hacemos via transferencia, me pide mis datos: numero de cuenta, wis y todo eso.. y me ingresara 9000 € por anticipado para que le guarde el coche y el resto al llegar a palma. hasta aqui todo correcto. Pienso, o el tio sabe perfectamente que coche es o huele a estafa, pero bueno, si quiere pagar sin ver el coche cojonudo.. me envia un monton de papeles del western union, que me quiere enviar la transferencia de 9000 €, cuando voy al banco a ver si tengo la transferencia,. no llega. LLamo al tio y me dice que para hacer esa transferencia de 9000 € he de pagar una taxa de 360€ para activar la transferencia. ¿ como ? que yo para vender mi coche he de pagar?? le digo al tio que me haga una transferencia menor para no pagar la taxa o que le espero a que venga a mallorca y no le va bien, que si su pais esta en guerra, que si no puede sacar ese dinero de alli si no justifica donde va.. total que ya no he vuelto a saber de el.. tened cuidado y un saludo. por cierto si interesa el saab, estoy en Palma de Mallorca, mi nombre es cesar y mi tel 615 53 68 77
